Shivani Rajpal is the Chief Executive Officer of Earth Academy and a recognised expert in sustainability and ESG reporting, with over 20 years of international experience in professional training and advisory services.

She has delivered hundreds of training programmes and consulting engagements worldwide, supporting organisations in strengthening their sustainability and non-financial reporting practices. Prior to joining Earth Academy, Shivani served as Director of Services and Training at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where she played a key role in building global capacity for the implementation of the GRI Standards.

Shivani has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, stock exchanges, and government institutions, guiding them in the adoption and practical application of leading sustainability reporting frameworks. Her experience spans strategy, implementation, and assurance-readiness of ESG disclosures.

In addition to her role at Earth Academy, Shivani is a Partner and Senior Trainer at PGS Consults, the consulting arm of Presidio Graduate School (California), where she supports organisations on sustainability strategy and reporting. She also serves as a Board Member of the non-profit organisation Partners for Good.

Lorinda Niemeyer is a sustainability leader with over 25 years of experience spanning strategy, ESG, and climate-related transformation. Her career reflects a rare combination of regulatory insight, top-tier consulting expertise, and hands-on corporate leadership — all grounded in a belief that sustainability is a powerful driver of long-term value and business performance.

She spent nearly two decades at McKinsey & Company, where she served as both a consultant and a senior leader in sustainability strategy, communications, and reporting. Beyond consulting, Lorinda has worked as a regulator and has built new sustainability offerings and thought leadership for a boutique sustainability consultancy. She now leads sustainability for the North American subsidiary of a large European insurance group, translating strategy into real-world implementation.

Lorinda holds an MBA and an MA from Stanford University and is certified in Sustainability and Climate Risk by Global Association of Risk Professionals (SCR).

Asthildur Hjaltadottir-de la Fuente is a senior sustainability and ESG reporting expert with extensive international experience in managing complex programmes and leading cross-border teams across multiple geographies.

She brings over 16 years of specialised experience in sustainability reporting gained at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the world’s leading organisation in the field. During her tenure at GRI, Asthildur held senior leadership roles, including serving as Chief Sustainability Officer, where she played a central role in advancing the global adoption and practical implementation of sustainability reporting standards.

Keith Frantz is member of the Advisory Board and a facilitator at Institute of Business Risk. Currently, Director of Enterprise Risk Management for Prosper Marketplace, overseeing Procurement, Third Party Risk Management and Internal Controls. I have been in the Financial Industry for almost 25 years, largely in the mortgage space. I have been on the Third Party side for almost a decade, working my way up from a vendor manager to leading and creating a Procurement and TPRM department at my last company before moving over to Prosper. Member of Third Party Risk Association for 4 years now as a practitioner and involved with their conferences and helping out other TPRM programs around the country.

Mieneke Koster is Director Global Sustainable Procurement & Risk at Arcadis, where she leads sustainability and risk strategy across global supply chains and advises executive leadership on long-term value, resilience, and organizational readiness. With 20+ years of international experience across multiple industries, she combines practical leadership in multinational organizations with academic rigor, including a PhD focused on sustainable supply management. Her work sits at the intersection of sustainability, risk, and procurement, helping organizations translate ambition into more resilient, future-ready supply chains. Alongside her executive work, she contributes academic and industry insight through guest lecturing and her involvement with networks like NEVI, the Dutch procurement association.

Pietro Bertazzi shaped responsible business policy and regulation for more than a decade, focusing on sustainable development, human rights, climate and nature. He currently leads Global Policy Engagement and External Affairs at CDP, boosting policy ambition and accelerating action on climate and environment. Pietro is a member of the Expert Network of the UN Global Compact and serves as an Advisory Board Member to Earth Academy, committed to democratizing the sustainability knowledge, and the digital carbon start-up greenpixie. Prior to CDP, Pietro worked at GRI, fostering corporate sustainability and transparency in national policies, as well as major regional and global inter-governmental processes such as the Rio+20 Conference and the adoption of the EU directive on Disclosure of Non-Financial Information.Â
